Yes, we accept your insurance!
Our pledge is to make ourselves accessible to all patients in need of our services. Venture is in network with most insurance plans, and we also have a self-pay option.
Self-pay can be considered when there is no insurance coverage, or when the deductible is very high. A person may elect self-pay rather than be responsible for the contracted rate which is going to meet the deductible.
The self-pay rate is $100 for the Evaluation and $100 for each visit.
